Project Manager, On-Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction or home improvement industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling and ordering roofing, siding, and gutter materials, as well as experience interpreting EagleView and Hover reports. Familiarity with Acculynx CRM is a plus. You will play a crucial role out in the field ensuring smooth project execution and excellent communication between our team, subcontractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter new projects into our CRM system, including reviewing contracts, adding trades, and recording payment information.

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.

- Schedule and reschedule projects by contacting customers via phone, email, and text messages.

- Order roofing, siding, and gutter materials through our CRM or by liaising directly with suppliers.

- Coordinate material delivery schedules with customers to ensure timely and efficient service.

- Be available to address calls from subcontractors and customers, including some after-hours availability.

- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by assisting in various operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination role, particularly in scheduling and ordering roofing, siding, and gutter materials.

- Proficient in reading EagleView and Hover reports (Experience reading satellite reports is required)

- Experience with Acculynx CRM is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Team player who is willing to pitch in and adapt to the needs of a small company.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year *based on experience*
