We are seeking highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team.
EXTERIORMAX is a rapidly growing roofing insurance restoration and remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland. From Entry level roles to advanced sales positions, EXTERIOMAX ensures growth and overall success! This position would entail conducting thorough roof inspections and assisting customers in initiating insurance claims for qualifying damages.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting property/roofing inspections to assess for any damages
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjustors
- Build and maintain relations with new and established clients by utilizing sales techniques to provide the necessary information so the client can make informed decisions about their restoration and remodeling needs
- Act as a liaison between insurance adjusters and customers to provide evidence of qualifying damages
- Develop an effective pipeline of clients to follow up with and offer new opportunities or promotions
- Meeting sales goals

- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with the physical demands (i.e. utilizing ladder to access the roof and perform inspection)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to document and input information accurately
- Roofing sales and/or Home Improvement experience is a PLUS
